The Past
LEMCA is a furniture factory for over 50 years.
Established in 1946 with the name "Balzarotti brothers" it was always ahead of its times, tending towards new market sectors, maintaining its own roots firmly based on tradition. Its activity begun with the production of the traditional "buffet" presented at the VIII triennial of Milan as the first "american" kitchen.
Left this production, the concern developed the new sector of the kit kitchen and afterwards in 1946 modified the trade name in "Lemca". Again in advance of its times, Balzarotti brothers, taking care of foreign modern markets, singled out the new sector to develop: kit furniture.
In this way begin, always with the traditional care to quality, the production of first shelves, brackets, book-shelves and various kind of furniture for different home-office necessities, commercialized in assembling boxes and intended for big commercial centers and for Do It Yourself shops.

The Present
Today, leader in this sector, Lemca produces over a hundred of different articles, distributed through the whole national territory by big sale groups among which: BRICOFER, BRICO IO (Marketing Trend), BRICO OK, FDT GROUP, GRANCASA GROUP (GranBrico, Mercatoni), IPER (Iper Montebello, Iper Orio, Fiordaliso), OBI(B.B.C.), PUNTO BRICO.
Lemca’s production is also available in “do it yourself” shops and in computer shops. |

The Future
The new facade and the newentrance hall / shoow-room / reception: motivations.
The plan is born from the requirement of giving to the Company a new image that unequivocally characterizes and identifies the style and the prestige of the Balzarotti Group.
Since the headquarters coincides with the manufacture firm, it is necessary to start a process of updating of image starting from the facade mainly exposed to vehicle traffic that also coincides with the Directional block.
To give importance to the exterior aspect of the business center represents also a business card that guarantees a good investment.
